Less than a year after the launch of the steel Skipper, we now have a matching model in rose gold. What We Think

I can be/have been hard on online super clone TAG Heuer in the past but despite not being all that much of a chronograph enthusiast, I love the way these watches wear and the way they look. And red gold doesn’t spoil the appeal. That said, there has to be some consideration of price, and while the steel model is deeply in the mid-four-figure range, this rose gold example is considerably more expensive, and I think that the price point will maintain this as a special but niche offering within the UK high quality fake Tag Heuer Carrera catalog. For the gold version of a commercially available steel watch, I’m ok with this reality (even if I can’t afford it).
